I’m Alexia 🙂

I’m interested in what becomes possible when you stop treating the life you want as something that only exists in your imagination.

This is where I document that pursuit, the places I travel, the ideas that challenge me, the things I’m learning, and the person I’m becoming along the way.

I don’t have everything figured out. I don’t think that’s a prerequisite for building an extraordinary life.

I created this space because I wanted somewhere to document more than the finished version of things. Not just the beautiful destination, but what I learned getting there. Not just the goal, but the discipline, uncertainty, mistakes, and decisions behind pursuing it.

I’m curious about a lot of things. I love seeing the world. I love ideas that make me reconsider what I think I know. I’m interested in ambition, culture, books, law, philosophy, and what it actually takes to become the person you imagine yourself capable of being.

So this site is part travel journal, part collection of ideas, and part record of becoming.

I’m building my life while I’m living it, and I want to remember what I discovered along the way.

A LITTLE MORE ABOUT ME

I have a vast collection of passions and interests that make me who I am. I love learning, exploring, and experiencing life, and I’ve never wanted to be constrained by one idea of who Alexia is.

To me, that feels like thinking too small.

There are infinite versions of a life that can be lived, and I want to experience as many of them as I can. I want to travel. I want to learn. I want to create. I want to challenge what I believe, discover things I never knew I would love, and give myself permission to become someone different as I learn more about myself and the world.

I don’t believe every interest has to fit neatly together or lead to one perfectly defined identity. Some things can simply fascinate me. Some can become lifelong passions. Others may belong only to a particular season of my life. I think there is something beautiful about allowing yourself that freedom.

More than anything, I want to leave this earth with a deeper understanding of the human condition, and a deeper understanding of who Alexia was, what she loved, what moved her, and what she chose to do with the life she was given.
